iTAG See-Thru Strips purchased from this web site come with a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing defects.  However you can extend this with an addition 2 years at just $3 per year.

iTAG Letter Strips purchased from this web site come with a 6 month warranty against any manufacturing defects. 

iTAG Spots purchased from this web site come with a 3 month warranty against any manufacturing defects.  

Postage

The iTAG See-Thru Strip weighs approximately 200 grams.  Two can be fitted into a ParcelPost 500 gram satchel and postage is $8.80 to any Australian address.

The iTAG Spot weighs approximately 120 grams.  Because this product can be damaged if not packaged well, we send these in an A3 size cardboard envelope to protect it.  Up to 4 can be fitted into one package.  When 1 or 2 iTAG Spots are in the package, the weight is less than 250 grams, which means the postage is $7.70, as this covers the cost of the postage to any Australian address and the cost of the protective cardboard packaging used.  When 3 or 4 iTAG Spots are included in the one package, the postage is $8.80 to any Australian address.

The iTAG Letter Strip weighs approximately 80 grams.  Because this product can be damaged if not packaged well, we send these in a padded envelope to protect it.  Up to 4 can be fitted into one package.  When 1 or 2 iTAG Letter Strips are in the package, the weight is less than 250 grams, which means the postage is $7.70, as this covers the cost of the postage to any Australian address and the cost of the protective packaging used.  When 3 or 4 iTAG Letter Strips are included in the one package, the postage is $8.80 to any Australian address.

If you need your order urgently, select Express Post, available to all Australian customers.  Please check with Australia Post if your delivery address is within the Express Post network. 

Alternatively, if you require your order to be sent securely via Registered Post (Australia only), select this shipping method upon checking out.  This service is person-to-person (whoever makes the order is the only person allowed to receive the goods from Australia Post) and includes insurance for extra peace of mind.
